Whether it’s a scientist performing global warming studies or a student researching the quality of the air we breathe, EN-SCI is the leader in scientific ozone research with product distribution around the world for over 50 years.
My challenge was to revamp EN-SCI’s website with focus on customer acquisition. I helped them identify customer pain points on their existing site. Understand how to explain product information to their customers. Rebrand their company image by providing appropriate typography, voice and graphics. Emphasize a smooth user experience for customers. And ensure my client can easily operate the website and orders on the back end.
